1959 tires

i am looking for some info regarding tires for my truck.
currently running super old 7.50 x 17 x 32" tall Goodyear 8 ply.
out of round and flat spotted.
the rims are 17" x 6" deep.
who makes a comparable replacement tire?
i need this to be cheap as i will be selling the truck.
i think the new sizing may be close to a P265 70R 17?
thanks

If the lug pattern is a standard 5 lug pattern; I recommend putting some basic 15" rims & tires from a old ford on there and throw the 17"'s in as part of the package. I believe if cheap is your option go this route to go......
