Think I've gone to the Dark Side

I'm throwing a new bed and front bumper idea around for my truck. Could I get some honest feed back?

Try flipping the bumper, there is one in my area and I think it looks good.

Eviljake I like your truck. What is important is what you think. It is your hard work and you are the one that will be driving it around. Just for the record I like the idea on your rear fender. The front bumper is ok. Of course if you added chrome it would look really good. $$$

The graphics were put on that thing by the kids of the guy I bought the bed from. I'm going to leave graphics in the '80s. lol

It works better on the 58 than it would on a 53-56...I like the fenders even without the graphics.

Sans graphics. The main reason I'm leaning this way is because the fenders seem to follow the lines of the truck a little better than the ones designed to flow with the53-56. I've got three bed options right now, I picked this complete bed for 50 bucks, so I'm not out a whole lot if I decide to go with the original stepside or the fleetside. On a side note, my house is becoming a salvage yard.

the swept back rear fender compliments the door angle and windshield wrap-around really well, IMO. I like it. But, again IMO, the front bumper sits higher than the bottom of the body line which in your second pic looks noticeable. Maybe lower it a bit? Your truck, though, enjoy it.

I think the "Crappy photochop" is one sharp looking truck. Who cares where the box came from, it looks great and after all it is your truck.

Thanks guys, the front bumper is about 3 inches out of sinc with the rest, and will be shortened, tucked and chromed before the end of it all.
