My egts were stupid high, I had to pedal it to keep it under 1300 the entire way.

Is my stock turbo going south? I sure wish i would hurry up and win the loto so I can buy that d66!
Like Glass said, preturbo exhaust leak, or intake/boost leak. Also unplug your MAP sensor and see if it gets better. Unlikely but worth a shot.

Thanks ill check the up pipes but they are fairly new and I checked and recheck them. Ill go check the y intake as well. Thanks guys!

At what point does a turbo wear out? Im not talking about blown up, but the truck has 270k on it still original turbo. about 50k with the stage 1 injectors. What im seeing is the truck smokes like crazy at low boost, picks up some boost still smoking like crazy, past 3k rpms still smoking like it was and the boost gauge struggling to hit 25psi. Can the turbo produce enough drag from worn bearings that it keeps it from spinning like it should?

The easiest way to check the turbo is pull the intake tube off. It should have zero in and out movement (thrust bearing) and it shouldn't hit the housing with up/down/left/right movement (journal bearings)

You should be seein alot more boost then 25lbs with your stock turbo and 1's Foreman. Check the turbine shaft for play as Cowboy Tim suggested

that all sounds good. Try unplugging the MAP and ICP at different times and see if there is a change in power.
