ram air hood for a 2000 xlt

is there any kind of ram air hood that is functioning, looks good, and not costs thousands of dollars? for a 2000 150 xlt with the 5.4L?

z28kilr is starting off with a positive reputation.
Cervini's makes a ram air hood, but I'm not sure if it's functional or not. I've had some of their stuff before and the quality was good.
