ECA Module question...

Got a code from an 89 on an ECA module. Truck will not run. What is the ECA and where is it located? Thanks.

ECA=Electronic Control Assembly aka PCM aka ECM aka "the computer" On a BII it is located behind the passenger side kick panel, just below the glove box, just in front of the passenger door.

The test port is under the hood on the pass. fender, probably clipped to the side near the hood hinge.
