If anyone is interested, this is an update to my problem from a couple of months ago. I found the problem and I wanted to pass it along. The things replace with this one is something. I replace the fan clutch, twice, new lower hose, new engine coolant sensor, new thermostat, new belt, new O2 sensors, flush and fill radiator 3 times using distilled water to flush and fill.

I finally took out the radiator and found out that when the infamous spark plug blow out of 1 year ago, the Ford dealership put in Green Anti-freeze and not the orange that was in it form the factory. There fore they mixed green and orange and It coagulated in the radiator. After further investigation, I find out that from the factory, most v-10s of the early 99 era had the orange anti-freeze. But you can use the green as long it meets ford standards but not in mix with orange. The bozos at the dealership just did the normal Ford recycled antifreeze. I just learned that Ford anti-freeze is recycled. I visited 4 dealerships in the Waco, Killeen, Temple Texas Area and found that to 100 percent True. It is not recommended to use recycled antifreeze in these systems. I called Ford in Claycomo, MO and that is what the engineer indicated to me.

So all you guys out there, do not mix green and orange. If you want to switch from orange to green or green to orange, flush the system with water throughly and I was told by my faithfull radiator man to use a cap full of Cascade automatic dishwashing liquid. It does not foam and is not caustic or acidic. Rinse throughly and add green or orange. He said DO NOT USE THE PRESTONE FLUSH OR ANY OTHER FLUSH MADE FROM SODIUM CITRATE. Aluminum retains the chemical property and will eventually eat thru the radiator or a freeze plug. The rodded radiator now cools my v-10 with ease. I just made a trip to Gila Bend AZ to Flagstaff and back to Waco, TX and it cooled flawlessly. This is a 36 foot Class A motorhome pulling a jeep cherokee. God I love this engine. The Banks system made a big difference...
