"Cosmo" bushing?

Hey guys, I'm new to this site...I'm impressed by the collective knowledge expressed by the threads I have read.

Took my 1999 Ford F-250 4x4 to Firestone today. Had a tire replaced. They did an alignment check and said I needed 2 "cosmo" bushings. I have never heard of these, and can't find them on the internet anywhere. They want $20 a piece and $120 labor.

Anyone know what or where these are? On the receipt it says "cosmo bushing" but it sounds suspiciously like a "muffler bearing" to me...

Thanks!

I've never heard of a cosmo bushing?

Did they show you where they went?
Maybe they replaced the alignment cam bushings?

That makes sense, but I'm facinated they used that term. They are probably referring to the upper camber bushing then.
