I'm with the load until the tires squat crowd. These trucks are tough. At a previous job I accidentally loaded 12000 lbs of soaking wet wood chips into the dump box of a 2000 f250. I wouldn't have done it on purpose and I wouldn't do it again, but the moral is a pallet of nearly anything is fine. I have the big box stores load up pallets of shingles, blocks, quickcrete on a regular basis and then truck it through nasty freeway traffic. 70 to stop, to 70 again. That's in my own 02' I feel like the 6.4s are even better equipped.

I put 2 tons of wood pellets in my 10' 350 SRW and she didn't even flinch!
