?'s for those with Whipple

I am seriously considering purchasing the whipple sometime soon. My V10 has 85,000 miles on it and by the time I have the $$ to buy the whipple, it will probably have 100K on it. Here are my questions:

1. Should I consider "refreshing" the engine before I install the Whipple?

2. I am going to get a good tranny to back up the new power from the whipple, anything else I should consider?

Thanks in advance!!

Just my opion Merganser but I'd have no qualms on bolting a SC onto my 70K rig, nor would I with 80K or 100K. And you'll want to chip your rig anyway with a SC which will firm up those shifts and give you more tranny life anyway. Post some photos please ? Ken
