Swapping a V8 with a V10!

Does anyone know if it is possible to replace a 5.4L with a 6.8L in a 1999 F250? I know they are modular, but what about interchangable to the rest of the truck.
What does a V10 crate engine cost from the factory?

It is possible how ever it takes alot of rewiring,v10 eec and some part modifications ,also you would have to use a v10 trans or a seperate shift controler if you use a auto trans. ck out our mustang at www.bv10motors.com you would get worst gas milage but alot more torque and looks.
