Unhappy passanger window wont come up

My passanger side window got stuck this weekend and it wont come up had any body else had this problem? is it something I can fix or do i have to take her in. 05 F150

if it doesnt work with any of the window switches (drver and pass.) probably the window regulator went out. if you are mechanically inclined somewhat you can replace it yourself. it will require removing the interior door panel and getting the old one out. not really very hard to do.

i have a 04 and mine went out about a month ago the dealer i have 38,000 thousand miles and the dealer still covered it under warranty if my warranty was up it would of cost me around $500 dollars.

I have a 04 supercrew and mine had the same problem about a month ago my truck had 38,000 miles and the dealer still covered it under warranty, if not it would have cost me around $500.

That's really not bad for a window motor and regulator assembly. Probably around 1.5-2 hours of labor accounts for $150 or so, leaving $350 for the part.

The last regulator I bought from a dealer...wasn't a Ford dealer...was around $150 thats why I thought it seemed high. I have no idea what the price is for one from Ford...I hope they really aren't $350ish. I agree with the labor times/prices.
