134K on my '04 V10. Other than 1 blown out plug, zero issues at all. Love this truck but I know it's got a couple thinks on the horizon that are gonna cost a bit. I abused the brakes towing a trailer a lot during my move to a different state. Tossed on new pads only and one scored and warped rotor but the brakes need to be replaced, all around to get back to their previous effectiveness. Also, some noise and and thumping in the front during full lock turns. But those things are minor and I'll find some time to deal with them soon.

My 97 E350 v10 has just about 233,000 miles. No leaks...aside from the previous radiator that I replaced (twice actually, the old one had a crack along the length at the top, and the first replacement had a crack in the bottom-undiscovered until installed...apparently they dropped it at the auto parts store). Only other problems with it, it has/had a misfire which I am in the process of repairing, and it will need new shocks and tires next...I'm wondering if I can replace the shocks myself.
Very very little rust, a few dings here and there. Anyway, just bought the van a few months ago, and love it so far.

I only have 110,000 miles on my 06 v10 and Dad is around 160,000 miles with his 00 v10 but I know of a 99 v10 the local co-op has with over 220,000 the last time I asked and it's been abused it's entire life (10/12k oil changes, snowplow truck and pulled uncountable anhydrous tanks. There new Chevys aren't taking that treatment very well.).

I bought my 2007 E350 in summer of 2013 with 113,000 miles and now it's at 190,000.
I've done nothing but air filters, oil changes (averaging 5,000miles each time), tire rotations, and a 4 wheel brake upgrade. I'm actually a bit scared of the spark plug situation.
I have a few broken exhaust studs but it doesn't even leak exhaust or anything.

Finally died at 515,000 miles
Highest mileage? How about an F450 with a wrecker body on it. 2003 V10, finally lost a wrist pin at 515,000 miles. Haad to do valve job at 430k for a broken valve spring. (video of the repair on youtube). Have popped at least 1/2 the plugs and replaced the seats while i had the heads off at 430k. Timesert works best.
Truck has always had abysmal mileage, less than 7 in town and did hit 10 on the highway, old engine as it wore out. New engine from Ford, installed for less than 6 k has gobs of power, runs like brand new but now gets 8.1 BEST on highway.
People are always blown away by how ling the truck ran. Had more than 15 different drivers over the years so it wasn't babied. Can't kill the V10 with a stick! Trick to longevity? Oil changes religiously at 3000 miles. Don't follow recommended interval from Ford, it's too long. Use a good grade semi syn oil and NEVER use a heavier weight. Truck used 5/20 it's entire life.
