has anyone in WNY area been over to see thunder over niagara air show. i was there yesterday to see the thunderbirds. (a little side note the inverted pilot is a female, and 90 percent of her stunts are inverted)
i was a little nervous when they performed their trade mark stunt , as that was the stunt that killed the blue angel pilot here a few years back and i was there that day.
will head up today again and try to get some pictures, if they look good i will post in my gallery
The wife and I went several years ago to an air show down at Corning-Elmira airport that the Thunderbirds were at. Unfortunatley even though it was a sunny day, it was so humid that the Thunderbirds did not have the required ceiling height or visability that they needed for their sight lines to do the full show. They did send a couple of planes up and did a few passes.
