Will a K&N air filter from a 4.6 fit a 5.4

My co-worker has a K&N air filter from a 4.6 ford PU. Does anyone know if it will fit my 5.4 2000 engine?

Photo: Yes your friends K&N from a 4.6 will fit your 5.4. The two air boxes are identical.
