Pulled the following codes...

I was having issues where my truck would sputter and hesitate and once or twice stall while driving. Well today it really started acting up and was able to pull a bunch of codes. Im just a little confused all codes come up pending even though the truck is running like crap. Any ideas where to start would be greatly appreciated Anyway here are the codes:

P0446 EVAP Emission Control System Vent Circuit Malfunction
P0750 Shift Solenoid A Malfunction
P0755 Shift Solenoid B Malfunction
P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0155 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0161 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P0403 EGR Flow Circuit Malfunction

I would start with the IAC valve and move forward (from a stable idle).

Strangly enough my idle is fine...Maybe since its a pending code it means I'm about to have a rough idle?

So I brought to my friends shop and was able to get it to run ok..We replaced the IAC and cleaned out the throttle body and also cleared all codes However when accelerating from a stop every 20 times there is stilll a very minute hesitation. Im thinking a C.O.P but since its not spitting a code I don't know which one may be bad. Any ideas?

Let me get this straight, you replaced the IAC valve/disconnected the battery and all 9 codes went away?

As far as I now thats allthat was changed. It is at my friends shop. I called him this morning and he ssaid he drove it about 15 miles today and there is a slight hesitation still if you double pump the gas and if you take a right hand turn slowly (weird) But the truck is not showing any codes. He is gonna drive it some more today to see if he can get it to spit out a code. We suspect a C.O.P but we don't know which cylinder C.O.P may be bad since there are no codes.
