My 2000 f150 4.6 just started running rough yesterday after it warms up. Also idles rough in drive. Checked for a coolant leak from the heater hose by #4, but it was ok. I have to go on an important business trip tomorrow (about 400 mile round trip). In your opinion(s) would it be safe to make the trip and have it checked when I return?
