Beginning of the end for NC Beaches <HR style="COLOR: #000000" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->Whelp it looks as if some lawyer/judge has determined that riding on the beaches of NC. is illegal through the interpretation of the current law/statute. For many years my father and I had enjoyed this even since the closing of Penny Hill, now it appears that our children and ourselves are going to lose the rest of it.
