Increasing idle speed

We just got a F550 for work and want to setup one of the upfitter switches to increase idle speed because the truck will idle for long periods of time. I read some of the ford bulletins and a little confused. Can I just hook the switch to the BCP ( battery charge protection ) wire and be done with it ??? I'm not trying to hook up a PTO switch.

Thanks,
Matt

Nevermind.
I figured it out, yellow wire w/ green tracer to upfitter switch #4 did exactly what I needed.

Total cost of MOD = 1 butt connector

Good deal! I was hoping that someone would let us know. I am wanting to do the same thing. Thanks for posting your findings.
