Any body install long tubes on their F-150/Expedition with a 4.6? If so which ones did you use and what clearance issues did you have?

 

If they are fitted for the application you shouldn't have any fitment issues. However, I haven't seen any for the 2v trucks, but banks does have 3v headers. If you are trying mustang headers, I'd like to know how it works out.

 

Thats what I thought, I would like to, but I am not about to shell out that much for new ones, I will have to see if I can find a good set of used ones with the h-pipe. I may just go with the shorties, but I wanted to go for more of an increase in torque.

 

If you try them, then please let me know how it works. I have gibson shorties now, but I too wouldn't mind a little extra torque.
