Best wax system for light colored trucks

I have a new (2 months old) 2007 F150 SCrew in White Sand Tri Coat Metallic. This is kind of a creme color.

I have made several 'searches' on wax and such.

Is their a better wax for lighter colored vehicles?
I am mainly interested in protection versus shine, but if shine is better and protection is the same......

Thanks,

It all would depend on your definition of better. I prefer mother's 3 phase, it goes on and comes off easily and puts two layers down (sealer/glaze and wax.) With the lighter colors most waxes will work good, so it will depend on how much work your willing to invest. I don't particularly like cleaner waxes, they don't seem to come out as clear as a straight carnuba wax, like phase 3, so I only use cleaner wax on the roof and door jambs.

Look, see these two tow hooks? They look like tusks. And what kind of animal has tusks?
