100 mph is maximum speed

excessive speed in an Expy seems...stupid
Mine rides amazingly well. These new tires make it seem like a sports car...but no way I'd be going that fast. Even when speed limit didn't exist (Montana or Wyoming?), I kept it to 70-75 mph. No need to go faster honestly
not true. they can enter the PCM programming and fix it quite easily if they know what they're doing.
any SCT X3 tuner can do this in about 10 minutes without even messing with factory tune as well

not necessarily!
could just be one of the multitude of ASE Certified guys out there who don't know their equipment
You'd be surprised at the number of things a Tech is capable of doing, but they don't have the knowledge to perform it. Like Inst Cluster programming, As Built Data, Speedo correction...etc.
If you ever find a good Tech, maintain a good relationship with him. Worth his weight in gold if you have issues or want to try something with a late model Ford
