I have a 94 f250 with the twin i beam front end. It has the infamous sagging front end problem in which my tires are leaning in on both sides. In all honesty it was never that bad. About a year ago I put a 3" suspension lift on it. The lift came with the new frnt springs, pitman arm, ibeam drop brackets, and the blocks for the rear springs. Ever since I put the lift on it my tires have been leaning much worse. Since then I put new ball joints on it and then took it to my buddies shop to have an aligment put on it. He said the camber adjustment was adjusted all the way out, and that there was nothing he could do. Somebody told me that if you can drill a hole higher in the dropbracket and raise the arms up that it may correct the tire problem. Im just looking for a solution because Im wearing my tires out relatively quickly. If anybody has a solution I would really appreciate it!

Same here. This seems pretty common. lol.

 

On a stock truck tires leaning in at the top simply means the springs are sacked so the fix is easy... get new springs. But since you have a lift your springs are not stock so you will either have to get a custom set of higher rate springs or modify the lift by install shims under the springs you have or raise the arms to correct the front end geometry. This applies to coil spring front ends only. If the truck has a leaf front end then you could simply add a leaf to increase the overall spring rate.

 

You might also check the balljoints. I know you replaced them but maybe the lift caused them to wear out prematurely?
