4bt into a '95 F-150

Since the 302 in my truck is getting ready to spit it's guts out pretty soon, I've decided to replace it with a Cummins 4bt, for the towing power and the mpg. I think I've got all of the accessory brackets and engine mounts sorted out and I know that the Mazdo 5 spd will bolt up to the Cummins Ford pattern bell housing.

The problems are that 1) Trying to find a good motor at a decent price, 2) Finding a remote mounted fuel filter kit, and 3) Fiquring out how to plumb the darn thing.

If anyone has any ideas, tips, tricks, experience, etc., I'd love to hear it. Thanks guys!!
