I've been looking at buying a set of the black Dick Cepek DC1 wheels that are 17x9". I like them becuase they are clear coated and have a stainless center cap. They should hold up in the winters up here I would think. The black would look good with my dark blue truck, right? Anyone have them? What do you think of them?
I installed a set last weekend on a jeep. I like the way they looked. Im going to put a set on my 88 f150 soon. I didnt take pics we were in a hurry to finish the jeep. It was cutting into my weekend time.

I put a set of polished 17x9's on my '07 SD. They look good with BGF AT 305/65's. One thing to note, the backspacing is only about 4-9/16" so they are going to stick out from your fender about 1-1/2". This combo clears with stock suspension - but levelling kit goes on this weekend.
Thanks everyone and especially JKBrad for that link! The only think I'm a little concerned about is being able to see too much of the brake rotor which I'm not a huge fan of, but I'll survive.

i have a set of polished dc 1 on my red 07. i love the way they look, but the center caps are starting to rust and i have only had these rims for about 5 months. They are showing signs of pitting( at least i think thats what it is) it looks like water spots but i scubbed the heck out of them and it wont come off. But over all they look awesome.
Those look great jvoigt. thor1721: don't they have the stainless center caps or are those just on the black ones?
thanks cdrmotorsports! I just put the ss bolts and some Bushwhacker pocket fender flares on her today and she's looking pretty sweet. These wheels do have some clear coating on them but it kinda easy to scratch it if your not carefull with the tools, also the center cap apears to be SS but it might not be the best grade of SS out there.
