Alcohol Injection Systems, LLC (AIS) was formed by Rodney Michels and Nathan Kloster. Together they have a combined 20 years of professional expertise in automotive and aviation mechanics. Both of them served in the Marine Corps where they became aware that alcohol injection has been used in the aviation industry since WWII. With a little research, it was quickly understood how the technology was already being applied to many diesel engine applications for increased performance and reliability.
