Alignment/Wheel Balancing

Have just turned 4k on my 08 350 6.4 CC dually and experiencing shimming in steering wheel and also can feel vibration on seats and feet. Usually picks up around 60-65. Have tired all different type of roads, loaded, unloaded.

Took truck to dealer and they indicated that 1 tire was not properly indexed to the wheel, they changed that, but no change in the problem, maybe little worse. Didn't know if other have this issue and what other solutions to this problem maybe out there?

Going to another dealer who has more experience with bigger Ford trucks

I had a problem like yours with my truck. The Dealer could not get tires to balance and the truck had only 600 miles on it. The problem was found that three of the tires were bad. Im running 34 toyo's on 20 inch rims

Curious if your tires were Continental? How hard did you have to push the dealer to recognize this prroblem?

Same problem on my F250. I have the Continental tires. First I had a vibration at 70mph. Took it in and had tires rebalanced and rotated. Now I have the shake problem, the steering wheel shakes from side to side. Took it in with about 1200 miles. Now have 2300 and getting worse.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

I have the open country Toyo tires. The dealer took care of it the first time in. I still need to get it realigned for the leveling kit i installed on the front end.
