Oil Pressure on 1994 F150

HI all and good day. I have a question on my 1994 for f150 with a 302 engine. The oil pressure. After it warms up the oil pressure is ok but as I drive the truck the oil pressure drops down to zero and when I slow down to idel it comes back to normal. The engine never rattled. What would cause this? Also can the oil pump be changed without pulling the motor out?

it can be changed without pulling the engine but it sounds like your sump is stopped up to me. And changing it without pulling the engine is a pain, you have to take out the motor mounts and lift the engine and trans as far up as possible and drop the oil pan and you will barley be able to fit you hand in there to change it but it can be done I have done it.
