A standard replacement radiator will have an aluminum center and plastic end caps. they run 150-200 bucks. http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductD...ype=31&PTSet=A
A full aluminum radiator is better, but will run from 400-800 bucks. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...57983_-1_10597
A 2 core (row) will disapate heat better than the single core. Also going with electric fans will give better cooling and free up a couple of horsepower to boot.

As a side note, Depending on where you live, check some of the high performance warehouses. Like Summit in Ohio (my co-driver and I stop in there when we go thru there), they have discounted section. I seen an aluminum radiator last year on clearence for $200 that would have been a perfect fit. might get lucky, ya never know.
