EPA Scanner

Just caught the end of a report on Fox News..Someone has developed a scanner that can be ran to scan vehicles as the drive past to see if they meet EPA requirements...I'm sure it would throw allot of false readings until they refine the product but this could be bad news for mods.....

Maybe someone heard the entire story and can enlighten us further or correct me if I'm wrong...

These have been in use in Arizona for over 10 years. They are used to catch vehicles that are seriously out of compliance with the State emissions requirements.

Just get a set of stacks and send it up instead of down by the curb where they sniff from.
