I bougt a sirius kit from Visteon and it came with a wiring harness, all the screwes for mounting, tuner box and a black box that hooks on to the harness (i dont know what its for). I took my radio out and im missing the 16 pin connector that connect to the back of my stock radio. There is the port there for it but no plug. I looked every where and nothing. I went ahead and hooked up the Sirius with the harness bit when i hit the aux button, it says no aux input. I was reading the box it all came in and it says SDARS kit for DVD with AUX on it. My truck does not have the dvd player so im assuming this is the wrong kit. the big main plug plugs in fine. the 16 pin plugs in fine to the radio but my truck did not have the other end to plug into the harness. Any ideas on what i can do? Thanks!

 

I think your head unit needs the "SAT" button in order to use this kit.
