I have both! And the 6.4 is deffinately better. Just got 2008 6.4 king ranch 3 months ago. Much better truck than my 6.0 . Thats my opinion! Better torque, cooling system, ect... The back step is deffinately worth 350, it helps out more than you could ever imagine. Go for it! !

Unless you have a plan, you'r not going to do much better than invoice - rebates. ord does have a $400 rebate for military. In June you could get $700 Home depot card, 1000 cash, 1000 owner loyalty, and military 400. (3100) Based on that your quote would have been about 42,600. Good luck in Iraq, we appreciate your sacrifice.

oh yeah my truck was 51650 msrp, 44970 purchase. This was 250 over invoice minus all rebates. I didn't get the Home Depot deal.

Thumbs up

Well we are once again Ford owners. Picked up a 08 F250 4x4 SD Crew PS. got it under x-plan pricing. 1% below invoice plus $1000.00 Ford rebate and 5.9 % financing three tiers down.

Next stop lift, tires and Pioneer GPS. DSI offer lifts with 5yr/100,000 mile powertrain warr. Can get the same exact thing through 4 Wheel Parts. >>

May want to look and trade the tailgate stop for a non- step tailgate.>>
