how much primer should it take to do a 95 reg cab full size 8' bed? just a quart or more so a gallon

 

Are you planning to prime the entire truck?....

 

yesits a fullsize regular cab 8'bed

 

What I was getting at ,was, Unless you stripped the entire truck, you don't need to prime everthing. just the areas that needed body work...


If you are priming the entire truck , you may as well start out with something light , as in acid etching primer...I use dupont 615s & 616s. Its a 2 part & a little goes a long way..Buy it by the quart & you can return what you don't use....
