Lost keys shouldn't be an issue for letting a Truck sit for 20 years, thats an easy fix and back to original.
Simply take a 1/8th drill bit and under the ignition lock you will see about 1/4 inch hole.
Drill up into it at center and you will feel the drill penetrate the knurled plug. Once this is accompolished, take a sheet metal screw insert it into the drilled plug, take a pair of pliers or vise grips, grip the screw and hit it with a hammer or what ever works.
The plug will come out, then the key code is stamped on the lock cylinder. Now take it to a locksmith and he will cut a key for it.
You can buy the replacement plugs at Dennis Carpenter, or simply use the same plug it will have to be cleaned up a little, but will work.
