ok i'm going to put this out there. i need help and if any one wants to come and help me build one of the appelseed tanks to make bio it would be a big help. i can't pay much but i could give food and beer/water ect. i just don't know all that much to do it by myself but i want to pick some brains about it. i also was looking to convert to wvo but i just don't have 3k right now. thank you for your time and help

Ryder what is your mechanical or welding skills?

 

i can weld but it dont look pretty. i worked in a auto shop for 5 years and do all my own work just new to all the diesel stuff. i worked on helicopters for the last 7 years and that brings me to the jp8 thing i have like 55 gal of it just mix it with 2stroke oil 2%

 

While welding ability is helpful it isnt required.
If you can screw prethreaded pipe parts together you can build an appleseed processor.

 

you got the plans to build one of dem things? i just don't want to spend 30$ to get them and just use them once

 

You need to just do some picture reading, here is my description. 55 gallon barrel with 1 inch female fitting brazed (not welded unless you have a wire feed) the you put in a 12 dollar electric heating element. Get a home depo or lowes paint mixer (9.99) and find a way to run it without any sparks. Old enclosed drill, air gun, brushless motor or use pump mixer. You cannot use a pump to mix your methaloxide though, its has to be done mechanically instead of a pump.

Put a lid on the barrel to reduce your fumage smelling.
