Updating Edge with bigger tires

I've been running on Level 2 for over a year now with no problems at all on my Edge. Recently I put slightly larger tires on my truck and when I go in to create a custom tune (change tire size), it says that my calibration file is not yet supported. I first got the message when I first got the Edge because my truck was still so new. It works fine on Level 2 right now, I just can't customize anything. Am I just doing something wrong, anyone else have this problem? Is it as simple as just downloading the latest updates from Edge?

I have not had a problem with doing a custom tune on mine. Have you called edge yet? I have heard of problems with the 07 but not the 06. If you do an update be sure to set your truck back to stock.

I had one do something similar. I had updated the Edge before plugging it into the truck, and it ran all the standard levels just fine. When I went to customize a setting, it puked up an error that sounded about like yours. I took it back out, hooked it up to the computer, and sure enough, it was already up to date and didn't download anything from the internet. I put it back in the truck, and for whatever reason, I was suddenly able to customize settings. Weird.

See if updating will "fix" it even if it doesn't actually update.
