Discount tire will match each wheel to the tire for the best match when running on the machine then run on the machine again for the balance

dscott151 is starting off with a positive reputation.
I have the same vibration starting at 45 and smoothing out around 60. Just put new pinion bearings in and u-joints. We marked the driveshaft before dissassembling. Do they balance the two piece shafts together or is there enough play in the mounting plate counterbore to cause this.

I'm not sure what kind of vehicle you're talking about, but none of the Gen 2 Lightnings ever made came with a two piece driveshaft, and that's what the OP is asking about.

Steel driveshaft on the '99/'00 L's, and aluminum ones on the '01 - '04's.
