Really nice, I love the marker lights just big enough to be legal but small enough to remain hidden when they're off. Did you do the work or did you buy it like that? Ethier way its a neat truck

purchased like this...I just installed stereo and remote start with door poppers..Changed oil balanced tires and gave her alignment...Going to probably paint it next year and toss a 351C in it...

It worked because I didn't see the marker light the first time I saw the picture of the truck. It's a great lookin' truck you got there. But why a 351C and not a built up 351W or a 460? I'm a fan of the 351C as well, but it seems like a 460 would be a good choice for a street machine like that.

Sorry been busy no time to post..I want to keep it streetable and use as long haul cruiser..
So there will be no radical motor..Been tossing idea of a twin turbo EFI 302..Everyone puts big motors in, that suck gas down, I want to keep it at 20 MPG ...

thanks for all cudo's on truck..the major factor in me buying this truck was that the front clip was cut off and a 87 vette front end was welded on ..Not to metion the Ford 9 inch sitting under a C notched frame..

At the moment front end is dissasembled and sway bar,A-arm's along with spindles and some other goodies are at powder coaters getting a coat of saftey yellow..i will post some pics when I get parts..I will be adding red poly bushings and new uper lower ball joints tierod ends and rack boots..Should look good when done..

Havent posted in a while so I figured I would add some if anyone cares.

Looks like the motor isnt a true 5.0HO someone just slapped and intake on it.. Why they would go through all this trouble is beyond me?

Anyway Front end is completed and I am up and cruising.

I located A True 5.0HO out of a Mark 7 and wanted to know if anyone here knows if its possible just to slapp this motor in and turn the key?

Or do I need a computer and Harness..Both motors are Speed Density.

Thanks in advance.

the h.o has a different firing order. I can't remember which, somebody else will have to chime in on that, there are 2 wires you have to switch. then you'll need a rear sump oil pan for the H.O and you should be good to go!

I know firing order my concern is with the wire harness itself..Is it just a matter of plugging in new computer and istalling HO engine?

i think you would be fine with simply plopping in the new engine, with the wiring harness and computer that you already have in the truck. then you can switch the spark plug wires and be on your way!
