blower motor resistor fixed it.

I bought the $25 resistor and installed it through the glove box in my 03 explorer in 15 minutes and that fixed my problem. My first 3 speeds have always been very weak but now they blow the air like they should. All you need is a 8mm wrench. Only 2 small bolts, very simple. This website rocks! Thanks. Paul
