95 powerstroke will not start

The motor will not turn over with the key only if I jump the solenoid what is all in line of this circuit. The tranny is new so it shouldn't be the safety switch Thank you Nick

nothing....i dont hear a click or anything....and ive replaced the solinoid prob. a year ago so i dont think its that...but i dont know...

could be the ign switch itself. will the swith cut the truck off?

yes it will....i spent so f-ing long trying to figure this out....it makes no sense....i guess ill just replace the solenoid and see what happens....

wreckit72 is starting off with a positive reputation.
It sounds like your neutral safety switch may be the problem. Do you have an automatic or a manual transmission?

if the trannywas recently messed with i would suspect the neautral safgety switch or something related!
