Possible Fault Notification with a code alarm CA-530 remote start???

My 2004 F350 has a Code Alarm CA-530 remote start system installed. It works fine and am very pleased, however, I recently installed an XM and ever since I am now receiving possibly some kind of fault notification.
If for some reason I open the any of the doors while the vehicle is running after about 5 seconds I hear three honks with light flashes.
If I started the vehicle with the remote start and leave the doors open longer than a few seconds before I get the key in the ignition the truck will honk three times and then the engine will turn off.

It appears as if this may be some kind of fault notification but not sure. Maybe I pulled a wire loose or something while installing the XM. Any suggestions???
