front center console

Anyone install the larger front center console (the one that houses the CD changer) from the 00-02 models to replace the smaller console from the 97-99 models? I know the arm rest will need to be eliminated but are the mounting holes going to be a direct bolt on?

My 99 center console had a factory 6-disk changer in it.
