Quality machine shops
Does anyone know of a machine shop that does quality work in or near the Seattle or Tacoma, Washington area?
I have a crank I'll be taking out of 460 that needs to be ground and polished. I'm not real impressed with the stuff I see from the high production reman outfits these days.
If any one can recommend a top-notch machine shop I'd appreciate it.

John.. I live near Bremerton, but the machine shops I would recommend would be Foster Machine in Seattle 206-762-8777 ask for Gus, he owns the place. He's a old timer but does excellent work. He does all kinds of custom work and races circle track. The other guy is Harold at Norwest Machine in Everett 425-335-9768, another old time racer.
