Sand the ends of the pipes a little, give them some grip, and if all else fails, buy NEW boots theyl hold

Wow I've never blown off a Dieselsite boot before. If anything they are a pain in the **** to get off.

What psi are they blowing off have you noticed? Ive had my stockers to 28ish psi, and 25 psi for a duration and never had them come apart yet? I crank mine down pretty tight so i dont think thats the issue. I think the most important part IMO is to make sure the clamps are in the right spot, On the stockers theres a clip like protrusion that goes into a groove in the tubes. Then the clamps also have their specific place, i think if you put them on again, and double check the clamps are in the right spots.

Another thing is try to make sure they are on squarely, (for lack of a better term) Since you said it came off the IC side just make sure they are on straight, and in the right spot, double clamping would be a great idea IMO if you already have them too!

Once they're clean and try, and the intercooler pipes as well, you can spray some hair spray on the insides of the boots. Then slip them on and tighten them down... the hairspray dries and gets tacky and helps the boots stick.

thanks a lot Reyen..I thought it was hair spray..but wasn't sure...I painted my pipes all the way to the ends..I think the clear coat made it slick..I sanded the pipes where the boots go and doubled up on the clamps on both end and each side of the IC..so far so good..I made a boost leak detector and built it up 40 lb and no leaks...thanks for all your help guy's..

I had problems with that same spot with aftermarket boots. The new boot was just a touch too big for the fitting. Double clamps should do the trick. My boost leak checker will blow off before the boots now.
