Portable GPS Mounting?

Just wondering if anyone has a portable GPS in their Expy and where you mounted it. I am looking for a somewhat integrated look without having to buy another GPS. I have a TomTom One. The windshield is fine, but I hate the cord to power it draped over the dash like most people have, just a pet peeve of mine. The other issue I have is that the heat kills the touchscreen until it cools down. Not real good here in sunny SC since it takes about 30-60 minutes of driving to get it cooled down enough to use. Anyone have any suggestions, photos would be great as well.

Thanks!!

I have a Garmin Streetpilot C340. I just mount it on the windshield as I can get it. I'm with you on the power cord. I don't like it draped over the dash either. I actually have 2 C340's. The most recent one I bought allows the power cord to be fully detached from the unit/windshield mount. The unit will run for 4-5 hours on the batteries before needing a charge again so I only put the cord on it when it needs to be charged.

The Garmin is the only portable unit I've ever had but I've never had an issue with the touch screen dying in the heat. It was over a 100 here a few days ago and it was working fine when I used it in the afternoon after it had been sitting in the heat all day.
