Talking I'm Back!!!

I'm finally back in so cal! after 5 months of being in australia! Don't get me wrong i loved australia, but i like having my truck . So i was thinking that this saturday the 23rd id go out with some buddies and go out into the desert, only problem is idk how to get to places like stoddard valley, or johnson valley, so if someone could get me directions thatd be sweet, and if anybody in the so cal (ventura or valley) area wants to come along thatd be sweet, the more the merrier, my buddy is bringing his Yota and im bringing my baby, gotta get her a little dirty. So let me know if you guys want to go or have directions, we can plan where to meet and when.
party!

As far as Stoddard.... 15 fwy North...and keep goin till Barstow....I recommend getting off on 247 turn right...and follow that road till you get out in the boonies...you'll know when you get there. Theres a bar and grill called "Slash X" over on the right near the power lines...thats the better place to camp. 247 is the best road in and out so youll be using it quite a bit.

And a heads up...theres a Wal-Mart and a Food for less off of 247....so if you need supplies you can pick some up there.

The Food for less is left off the freeway then right at the light near the gas station.

To get to the Wal-Mart turn right off the freeway...go to Armory Rd...follow that all the way down till you see the Wal Mart. Theres an Arco over by Wal-Mart with cheaper gas so you can fill up there if you need to.

I would be all for it...but...Im already plannin on going to the F100 Nationals that Sunday. Not only that but its gettin a little iffy on the temps out there...it was already 105 out where I am today....that means time to seek refuge in the AC lol.

ah i went, it was awesome, did a little damage but nothing that a couple hours in the shop and some blood sweat and tears couldnt fix its was good it was pretty empty, not too many people out there. I put a nice gash in a frame support, i couldnt bend that back, oh well a trucks not a truck without some battle scars right! And sunday i took off the lower front air dam, cut the exhaust pipe off after the muffler and started fabing some tow points for the front of the truck, i love being home!
