2001 Excursion Rear Bumper

I need to replace the stock chrome rear bumper on my 2000 Excursion. Does anyone know if a 2002 bumper will fit with no modifications?

It should fit w/o an issue, hell even an f-250/f-350 rear will fit it (98-2007), do you have backup sensors???
