Just drove an 07 Limited with a 5.4L engine. It hesitated off the start. I think I read elsewhere that this is common with the 6 speed transmission but I also thought there might be a TSB fix?? It's not a good thing the way it is.
Also - how much off invoice (if any) are you Texans getting on Limited's (regular length)? I can get X plan, but it looks almost exactly the same as invoice. Thoughts??

i bought mine before the rebates went to 3000 from 2000. I purchased an eddie bauer sticker was right around 38,700 or 39,700 cant quite remember, but I paid around 32,500 plus ttl. I went to three different dealerships before i was happy with the deal. Partly because they took my lemon of an explorer 2005 model eddie bauer, and gave me about 2000 more than i owed. I dont know how they planned on making any money off of it. I bought mine at Champion Ford off of 45, they seemed to bargain the best, but like every dealership they take too damn long. Be prepared to waste at least 3 hrs. I am in sales so its fun letting them think i am playing along with there game.
