I have a 1994 F250 4x4 7.3 Turbo Diesel XLT ,auto/tran,a/c, 352,000km ,none Power Stroke .
Engine gone bad , valve , piston , bearing nock , injector pump , exhaust manifold cracks , all toast .
Found a 2002 F450 2wd 7.3 Turbo Diesel ,auto/tran,a/c, 34,000km , Power Stroke with complete wire harness for cab & engine compartment with computor box and complete exhaust and engine is full dress , out of a Roll Over which has been stored in a warehouse for the last 2 years .
Would like any imput on up grade change over from the '94 to the '02.
Don't no what l'm getting into get so would like to here everybodys imput on what l'll have to change over etc. , or weather anybody has done this before.

the engine will physically bolt right in. Theres a fair amount of wires to run. The throttle is controlled by a voltage signal to the compy via wires, so you need the pedal assy.
Would be a nice swap, major HP upgrade too.
