was wondering if anyone knew of a place that will go easy on the inspection stickers.....meaning my tint is illegal, i replaced my muffler so im not sure ill pass emissions......a place that wont ask questions. lol. thanks. oh by the way i live just north of Boston but ill go wherever i have to really.
Well I dont know of any places that will care about a muffler. Its only if you have touched the cat. As for tinting... dont know. How illegal is it?

it matches the factory tint, 20% i believe. its not that i have a problem with emissions but they say its too loud, its just a muffler from lous custom exhaust with dual tips, there are no restrictions on leveling kits right? i thought the law was 10 inches from the wheel was the legal limit.
Back when I had my lifted rig, I was told it was 28" to the rockers. I know they redid the lift laws recently... dont know what it is now. And I cant help you with the lift, and you will probably be tough pressed to find a shop. Legal limit for the windows in the truck is 35%.

My son had his exhaust done at Lou's also and they told him of a place on Broadway that goes easy on exhaust issues.. He went there and got a sticker..
I do not know the name but I will have him post it tomorrow..

if they dont pass you there is a place in hamilton, that is about as relaxed as you can get if you get the right guy. As far as lift kits go, its a mathematical equation involving your wheelbase and a bunch of other stuff. The longer your wheelbase, the higher you can legally go.
Regardless, legal limit for a 92 bronco is about 4", mine has 7-1/2" and 4 extra inches of tire, no tail pipes, really illegal tint on the windows and had tint on the windshield. I took it to the shop and the guy told me the tires wouldnt fit, so we went and got my buddies ranger and used that to pass the sniffer. He didnt even check my lights.
The place is called U.S. Gas, it is in asbury grove which is a part of hamilton.
