If that is a stock belt Rock Auto lists them. A good NAPA should be able to help him also.

That truck is not a 56...it is a 54, the VIN verifies it.

[QUOTE]

Oh, well that changes things.

It is a 54 truck . But you never told us it has a 56 engine. So is it a stock truck 56 engine? That is why we asked for a picture of the engine.

That makes sense. Go to NAPA and ask for a belt for a 56 292 Yblock

C9PZ-8620-CA (replaced B6A-8620-A) .. Fan Belt (Motorcraft JC-455) / Obsolete

Motorcraft part number decoded: JC = 1/2" wide ~ 455 = 45.5" long.

Should be available from NAPA & etc. auto parts stores.

YADKIN VALLEY MOTOR CO. in North Wilkesboro NC has 1 = 336-838-4155.

CARPENTER NOS OBSOLETE PARTS in Concord NC has 7 = 800-476-9653.

Nice looking truck!

Btw, Mid-fifty is the answer when you go looking for any other part imaginable on these things. Just for future reference on other parts you may need.
